You should make About, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Contact pages before applying for Google Adsense.

You must comply with google adsense policies if you want to run adsense ads and make money from your blog.

Your site must not contain adult, harmful contents. There are other things that must be taken into mind as well.

Traffic is not actually a deciding factor for Adsense approval.

But remember that you will earn from your blog or site only if people visit your site and view or click the ads.
